One of the most popular resturant in Dibrugarh, kFC offers a wide range of chicken items-boneless chicken, with bone chicken, chicken popcorn. They also offer burger, chicken bucket, French fries, pepsi, ice cream. They also offer a variety of sauce. The price is also reasonable and the staff offer quick service. They also accept online order and deliver it quickly through swiggi. The resturant is clean and tidy. Wish the management and staff of Dibrugarh KFC best of my wishes. Parking vehicle in this area is difficult. Today I visited the resturant and had ordered for nanchoes with meat ball, a chicken zing burger, French fries, coke and eggless maionies. The payment was made through credit card. The order arrived within 5min and i ate it very quickly, the order items were very tasty and finger licking good. My tummy was very full today. Again I visited today with family, the quality was good and the restaurant was full with people. I took a burger and chicken bucket boneless. Enjoyed the meal today.

I went to KFC Rangghar Mall, Dibrugarh at about 4 pm. I wanted to order one classic biryani meal I was refused by a reply “ Biryani Khatam ho gaya “ . Again I wanted to order a Popcorn Maggie, I was refused with a reply “ Woh Bhi khatam ho gaya “ . Then I settled with a classic zinger box but with a statement- “ It will take 20 minutes “ . The store was not full , only few customers were present at the time . When I received my order I was told that the fries are not ready and it will be served soon . After that I started enjoying my order , I noticed that I was not provided with the straw for my pepsi. When I asked for the straw, one staff named “ Sagar “ replied that, “ The straws are finished “ . I came back to my seat and started having my food again. In a while I noticed one customer enjoying his drink with a straw. I asked the staffs that , The straws are over then how come they are serving that customer with one ? I was given a reply that “ We only provide straws for take away orders and on mojito orders. “ . After that in about 20 minutes I finished my food (Eating slowly, waiting for my fries ) . I washed my hands and enquired about the fries , they said 5 more minutes. After waiting for five minutes “Sagar “ was trying to hand me the fries , then I said that I have already finished my meal and I want it to be packed for takeaway. He gave me a unpleasant look and packed it and handed it to me in not a very decent manner. While leaving the store I noticed that they have started serving biryani meals, which I was denied 30 minutes earlier.Such type of service is not at all expected from KFC India . Please look into the matter so that these unprofessional behaviours are not repeated. Regards.
