When u think of fried chicken, you instantly think of KFC and there's no one that i know who can even come close to what they serve. Personally I'm a big fan of their Double Down Burger. Just saying name makes my mouth water. If you havent tried it yet you should really give it a go!

KFC has been our favourite place to have fried chicken or any dish related to chicken. Quick service is a bonus for all the hungry people out there. This particular franchise is located at the food court on the top floor of the Viviana Mall in Thane. The ambience is very good, staff is great. We have had many things, such as Chicken Zinger Burger, Chicken Popcorn, Chicken Bucket, Mojito, etc. They have recently started fries loaded with chicken popcorn or chicken strips. Talking about the Chicken Wings and the Chicken popcorn, they are really crispy and the masala they add to it makes it very flavourful. Would Surely Recommend ?

The place was very crowded. There was no social distancing. There were very few people at the counter, very much hassled. They must increase the number of staff. It didn't seem very organized, customers pushing each other, everyone trying to get his order first. Food was good as per KFC standard.

I have always been a fan of their signature Crispy outside & juicy inside chicken (bit of an oxymoron), now imagine this coated with a red devil sauce & an extra kick of flavour because of the herbs sprinkled on it, yes that is how the Devil chicken tastes, "It's Fingerlicking good"

I recently visited in kfc after giving my order 10 to 15 waiting for payment because her internet not working.KFC, I found this restaurant too crowded. It maintains all standards of food and chicken variety but waiting time was too long. As they have enough number if staff we never know who is billing and who is serving the order. Being the main attractions as if is in the corner of food court of second floor of Viviana Mall Thane it sees most number of footfalls. KFC has recently started blending it's taste with Indian spices which is welcome move. It is succeeded in pleasing people's taste buds. Service needs to improve. I have taste kfc's chicken long back ago but due to tasteless chicken servings i never thought of trying again but today just for a change i felt like to give it a try and the taste is still the same... It is my personal opinion for kfc.Big fan of friend chicken and if you are looking for lip smacking and delicious chicken then this is the place for you. Must try Chicken popcorn Chicken Bucket (You try the bucket which has tandoor grilled and fried both)
