The hotel is near by the Kovallam Beech and is in the nice location. It's a budget accomodation. The rooms were clean and spacious. The wifi was good and hot water facility was available. The location and outside sitting area is also good. One can ask for food delivery as well and they will pick it up from nearby restaurant as well. The only drawback is that they don't have their own parking and you need to park your car about 100m away from the hotel by paying an amount of 60 ruppees per day.

Unprofessional attitude of owner and staff. No proper beds and toiletries. No parking facility. But hotel is very near to beach. Will recommend only if you want just a sleep over.

Location : right in front of the beach Food: very good and tasty / reasonable Staff: very friendly and helpful. Nitin specially is so kind and cheerful. Rooms are very spacious, they have AC, Fridge, kitchen for who wants to cook. There's also a hammock which I personally liked so much outside the rooms. Rooms are very clean. Water is very fresh and hot water facilities are also available. Overall, it's a very good hotel at a very good price. Total thumbs up ??

Very fine hotel rooms. Situated very close to the lighthouse beach. Reasonable room price. Friendly receptionist. Room neatness is very good. Bed and pillow is very clean. It would be a best choice if you like to stay in light house beach. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere around the outside area of room. Little greenish garden in front of hotel.

Awesome place for relaxation. If one is looking for time with oneself, it's the best place to be. If gng with kids, pls carry your own entertainment stuff as no facilities or amenities other than swimming pool. Breakfast & dinner menu choice are very limited. No Bar. Comparing to the tariff which they charge limited options. Restaurant timing is too less. Mosquitoes problem once it gets dark so carry your attire accordingly. Need a bit of improvements on above things but overall a nice place. Beautiful view from room. Beach is excellent & safe & clean. Must visit.
