Highly recommended not to book this hotel. I will never book this hotel again. We booked for 4 nights but we checked out next morning. Building from the outside looks only fabulous but hotel rooms are so bad. Flies in the room. Bathroom was not neat. Mould was everywhere in the bathroom. Room was in bad condition. I went with my wife and 4 months old boy. Carpet was not so clean and staff said these rooms are recently renovated and we started booking since last week only. You have to ask for complimentary eminities as well like room sleepers, clothing Iron. These things should be in the room. Staff know the condition of their hotel but they have no answer for your questions. Good luck if you go there.

Great hotel, Excellent staff, very courteous and helpful. Excellent Buffet Breakfast spread. Comfortable rooms and all Smart controls. Hotel is on a busy market street - so convenient. Very close to major attractions in French Town and small cafes.

I had a vacation stay at this hotel. I had an amazing experience. The room service or housekeeping was a bit slow to respond, however, when they arrived we were in an online meet. And they somehow did everything so quietly and were very quick as well. All of them were efficient in their work. The quality of food, ambience, view and location are all just perfect. Couples won't feel outcasted or awkward in any way. Everyone is very respectful in their conduct. I highly recommend it to couples. Do visit here and enjoy your stay.

hotel is old. But rooms are spacious. Neatly renovated to give luxury feeling. Staff are young n friendly but understaffed. Privacy of guests is given utmost importance. Though hotel is old but its renovation makes unique n classic. Best is you get to stay at centre's of city with quite affordable price. Book online n you can save huge amount. Lobby is beautiful. Best hotel for business travellers. Dont go with negative comments here. Their expectations are too high for the price you pay. Enjoy. Excellent spa. Food is also good. Don't expect like star hotel. Price is on average side
