Unprofessional and having no curtsy of customers time. Having said that, the approach to handle the customer is dismal and no doubt they have live trout but before selling the same they should learn how to sell. They have no timing for opening or closing the shop. If you belive in them, then you have to wait for ages and I would recommend to get the fish from local farms.

Perhaps one of the few real “thematic “restaurants In Kashmir . The manner in which they have kept live Kashmiri trout in a small pond inside the restaurant is really amazing . They catch fish in front of you , & hence authenticity and freshness is guaranteed . Moreover , their Trout recipients are just marvellous. Staff is sober and friendly .

This is not a restaurant. This is a fish shop. You can buy fresh trout fish from the shop. There are live fishes in the tank. You can choose live fish and they kill it in front of you. You can ask them for cleaning of the fishes also.
