The baddest treatment i ever have got from the receptionist. I tried the number given to take an appointment in the mentioned time. But the number was switched off at the given time of taking appointments in the reception board. I wasted 2 days coming to the clinic in a response got arrogant replies from the receptionist. And being said we make our own rules. These guys doesn’t have value for others time. Although i had a flight which i had to cancel as it was being said on Saturday come on Monday @9:30 your patient will get treated right away without taking any appointments on Saturday. But believe me these guys doesn’t care about anyone’s time and effort at all. The worst Management I would say.

Rajan Sir, Mentioning contact no. On your website is not enough. You should give strict information to your staff to keep mobile phone switch on and receive calls when it rings else all your given no. will be useless for your patients and their attendents.
Also please remove no. Of Suman Kumari as she only says to dial another no. and don't call on this no. again.
Please dial these no. by yourself also as a patient by time to time to check activeness of your staff.
Please take a serious note on it and do needful.
