Rating it a 5 not because it is perfect but because the place needs attention. I saw numerous turtle dead and floating in the lake whereas the worst kind of people are dumping waste into it. The once lively kachua talaab needs help of local people to revive it and save lives of innocent turtles who live here. Shame on people who make this place their dumping yard.
