Very happy. Salesperson was very good. Collection was very good. The only jewellery store where I was able to shortlist a handful of products. Was given a very good price too. Overall very happy with the service and the purchase as well.

Had a wonderful buying experience at Joyalukkas, Dickenson Road. The store is pretty huge and has a great and tasteful collection. The highlight is the customer service. They ensure you're comfortable, and don't mind explaining the calculations any number of times. Very transparent transactions. They take their time to show different kinds of jewellery to suit your taste. Special mention of Mr. Saleeth N.S. He was with us throughout the time we were there. He was so kind and patient. And he was fun to interact with. Overall, one of the best gold buying experiences I've had.

A very nice place with good collections. Servicing is amazing, excellent people, they give a very homely feeling. Especially Simran, who knows exactly what we want and shows us accordingly and quickly. Everytime we go there, even if it's just for a window shopping, we end up buying something.
