Hello Everyone, I'm Tanmayee Pradhan from Ankleshwar, I'm 25 year's old . I'll share my weight loss journey . Before 2years In the month of Novembre 2020 , I started my weight loss Journey I'm overweight and obesity . My weight is 79 kg. Due to this I'm suffering from PCOD (Period irregular), Backpain , constipation, low immunity power, and also my cholesterol level is high . Doctors prefferd me to lose weight and I tried lots to lose my weight but got temporary results..for Pcod , backpain I took medicines but not satisfied.Then One day I met my coach who helped and guide me how to lose my weight! With the guidance of my Coach I loss 30 kg. Got proper shape of my body and relief from health related issues ! Today I'm fit , Healthy and energetic!
