Ordered for regular groceries on 12.9.21. and was surprised to see expected delivery as 15.09.21. Now on 15th, got a message that order is expected till 16th. If they require 4 days to deliver groceries then better not to log into JIOMART

JIO MART APP REVIEW: One of the most pathetic service I have ever received. Please don't order from here. You'll waste your money. ONE MONTH BACK I received an order where the ghee packet was leaking and both the packets top edge looks tempered. Even when I opened it it gave a stale smell. I immediately called they said to write a mail. The automatic mail has been replying since a month. No refund no exchange given. One of the most disgusting customer care service. Don't order from here you'll waste your money.
