Jeevan Beach Resort is a full service holiday lodging facility, located at the seaside, with access to beach. The scenic beauty from the resort is just awesome. Main attractions are the beach view, sea food dishes were amazing, very supportive staffs. I went there with my friends and the owner himself came down to check the facilities and he is a nice guy. Highly recommended to those who love to stay with a beach view and like sea food.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. The worst experience ever. Made a huge mistake of choosing the hotel's restaurant after roaming on the beach. My elderly parents were pushed and abused by the restaurant waiters as they were forcing my mother to pay a sum of Rs 1000 after using the washroom. The waiter also broke a empty beer bottle on my relative's head. This is how you treat guests, this is the service you provide, this is how you treat tourists who go to Kerala to enjoy. Such a shame. Please do not go this hotel or restaurant. The staff cannot be trusted. More money does buy you a better experience, as such places would never run a background check, and employee anybody as staff. DO NOT GO AT THIS PLACE.

The location of the resort is very nice and mind-blowing. Very pleased with the breakfast. We had tried the fresh fish during lunch from the Restaurant, which was spicy, testy, and nicely cooked. I really appreciate the Jeevan Beach Resort team members, who were very helpful and supportive.
Good place to spend a day.

Good: Property is at a walkable distance to beach, very nice and polite staff.
Bad: No lift facility available. My mother used to exhaust while going down and coming back to room. Washrooms are not at all hygiene. Water leaks 24/7. No running hot water in bathrooms. My baby got infection after using the washrooms for bathing. No kettle was provided to have drinking hot water for kids. But if asked the staff brought us hot water once.
We should about 5 min from the vehicle parking to resort. Vehicles cannot go till the resort. An iron carrier is used to carry the luggage from parking to resort. Due to the unavailability of the carrier we have to wait for almost an hour for our luggage to be carried to our vehicle while vacating.
Overall not so pleasant experience during our stay.
