One of the bad place in dumdum, only thinking about profit rather than giving best service to there customer, manager and staff are very rude , don't visit please, they aren't really care about guest who is regularly goes there, but also so rude and I'll mannered

The hotel is better than it's class. Liked the ambience was excellent. I got room no 409 on top floor. 2 beded attached bath 2 chairs, wordrops, hanger, towel, shop(tiny), tv with cable connection, fan-light everything is functioning and scenario was also present there and a balcony provides an extra pleasent. Thanks to the hotel authority for the ambience only negtive is they don't display any hording at the begining of Nager bazar.... and you have to ask the people for the people.... from dumdum jn there is no hotel available for solo staying. So it should be a better chance to them to make it more popular through displaying a hording at junction to nager bazar more. Thanks

Was there to attend a birthday party. Banquet hall is good enough for 300 people. Food was also good.
