Close to the railway station, walkable distance, friendly management, low cost - these are the positive things. On the other hand, negative points are - the building is old and not clean, room is small and congested, toilet is not clean, you have the company of rats, poor maintenance.

Its was not worth it, I left the room without 10 hrs, regretted to stay there the rooms are suffocating, dirty, bottle of alcohols, tobacco products, etc. Try other hotels but please not this one.
