1. The Dr and staff have a very rude behaviour with patients. 2. They charge fees very high along with appointment fees 3. Patients have to spend the whole day, even it has a small problem Last but not least, about medical store. They have also rude behaviour like they treated as people don't have any other options to take medicine with us.

Waiting here since 12 in noon and now it's 3pm. Saw only 5 patients in opd & went away. The receptionist claims not to be knowing anything about it. Then what is she doing there on the front desk. But at the end I'll conclude by saying the Dr. Charuhas is good in diagnosis but management is worst.
