This memorial dedicated to the Martyrs of Jammu & Kashmir Police is well maintained with a park around by the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. This is a Landmark in Jammu situated closer to Railway Station & Pilgrims Guest House like Vaishnovi Dham, Saraswati Dham. The memorial with a statue at the centre surrounded by four slant pillars holding Telecommunication Cables.
