I staying in this hotel from the last one year whenever I am coming to Navy Mumbai for my office job. All the stuffs and manegement people are very polite and cooperative. Always they are try to feel us happy with the great smiles. Whenever I feel any issues immediately they short it out and solved the problems. I feel happy to stay here for long times.

Tasty food & excellent hospitality!!!? On 10th December 2022, I celebrated my dad's 60th birthday in an IVY hotel. It was just a 1 day notice and Mr Kumar Singh - the event manager has organized it so well ( over night he has arranged decoration , chairs , etc ) From Catering and kitchen department Mr Harish Shetty & Ramakant Rane has a decent polite gesture. They have treated all my family members and relatives so well like their own family(guests who arrived early were asked for tea/coffee which was not a part of menu - it was purely humanity). This shows great hospitality and humanity. In fact all the kitchen staff were good. I would like to recommend a hall for small functions with a crowd of approx 70 members. Price is decent for the service they provide.? The only hurdle was their BDM - Mr Pradeep Bhoite - he is very aggressive and had poor listening skills , not a decent behaviour towards a client. We went to give partial payment and book hall at that time we met him (from starting he was not a part of any discussion). He was talking in an arrogant way and was forcing us to decide on the menu part which he wanted and was charging us 22% more per plate. Even though we have told him that the price has been pre-decided and fixed by Mr Harish but BDM - Mr Pradeep Bhoite was not ready to listen. Later I had informed Mr Harish Shetty about all this and he has asked me to talk directly with Mr Kumar Singh with no interference from Mr Pradeep and hence all got sorted.

Staff is very friendly and rooms are clean and good Pradeep (sales manager) is very flexible and understands client requirements very efficiently. He is very easy to interact with and makes sure to deliver highest level of service to the client.

Sai 's table Restaurant is the best Restaurant that I have experienced in my life... All staff's are very polite. Excellent service. Delicious Tasty foods. Specially paneer's vegetables, Non- Vegs Marvellous.

Firstly you get a buffet in the morning which helps to start your day on a good note. The food is fresh and delicious and the staff is humble and greets you with a smile. Will surely be back here when the opportunity arises!
