Fully furnished air conditioned four bedroom villas in the heart of the city.All attached bedrooms, hall, kitchen etc available. Ideal for large family or friends. The roof top party area is very nice specially for night parties. We have to arrange food from outside. Since the host is not staying nearby, immediate service may not be available

This villa is excellent place to hangout with friends or with family. The roof top ambience is amazing and whole place is clean and tidy. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and made us understand each rules very clearly. Inside is sound proofed which created the best use of the soundbar and the TV provided. Totally worth the price.

This is the best homestay in Trivandrum by far. It's located at one of the most prime locations you can ask for in Trivandrum, right next to the Museum/Zoo. Morning walks in the lush green Museum compound are very easy when you stay here. And most places you would want to visit are 15-20 minutes away. The house is very thoughtfully equipped, and we quickly felt at home. We stayed for a week here and both my wife and I worked for some days. The Wifi connection is high quality and repeaters have been installed on all rooms, so the connection is strong everywhere inside. The kitchen is equipped with all essential utensils, gas stove, microwave, fridge and washing machine. They've even installed a pressure pump that makes sure the water flow feels like it does in a luxury hotel, and showers feel so good! Since it is located near a busy street, they've even used noise-proof windows, so it's very peaceful inside. The TV has active subscriptions of Netflix and Prime Video, and there's even a PS3 with NFS loaded! Lovely views of the thick greenery inside the zoo premises from the balcony. The owners are very well-mannered and friendly people. Can't find anything bad about this place! Strongly recommended if you're looking for a comfortable stay in Trivandrum.
