It's definitely a great place with great guys.. Discipline is maintained by them.. Mostly everything is in order.. The place is accompanied with lots of equipments which is actually not found in the other gyms of this locality.... Overall it's definitely a must visit one for the gym lovers

Wednesday: 5:30 am to 11:30 pm
Thursday: 5:30 am to 11:30 pm, Hours might differ
Friday: 5:30 am to 11 pm
Saturday: 6 am to 11:30 pm
Sunday: 11:30 am to 2 pm
Monday: 6 am to 11:30 pm
