Very poor service, Twin bed alloted in 2600 + GST And room ac is not working and reception said wait half an hour to 1 hour for comfortable room temperature. Very worse service... please be careful

Food is awful.. Do not know how it's named to be a Hotel Management school.Chinese Menu for an event of ours but the food was so spicy that over 100 of our guests complained. Over an above chilli chiken was Stale. Feel agitated on being served this quality food in today's world.

Not all the staff is tourist friendly and a lot of cheating is done. Everyone is involved and we ended up wasting a lot of time in a old tampered toofan instead of tampo traveller that we bokked for 14 members but none showed cooperation or concern towards our comfort or time.

Nice location with a good overnight stay experience. Buffet Breakfast was very good which was served between 7.30-10.30am. Even the restaurant was good with reasonable charges and Bar options. Staff are polite and humble. Overall experience was good .
