Dear doctor sartaj sir with respect this letter is to inform you that my father is in your hospital on 09 july was admitted on 2022 as my father's condition was critical he was also on ventilator I want to inform you that he is feeling well today due to your expert care and attention given to my father. On behalf of my entire family, I would like to appreciate you for doing everything that was needed at that time, because of Dr. Sartaj sir, I have been able to make my father free from illness in such a short time and today he is healthy. It's gone. Your positivity and dedication towards patients is well known. I don't have words to express my thoughts. I will never forget the care you have shown to my father in this process. For all this I really appreciate you and the staff of your IMS Hospital, once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart respectfully, IMS hospital is the best hospital in lucknow.
