The bathroom hand shower is not working. Towels are not clean and rooms are ok. Cigarette smells are coming in hotel.

Receptionist is mostly unavailable cleaning guy asks to wait every time. Even when he arrives he is rude ignorant and doesn’t care about anything other than your money. TV and AC does not work when questioned says thats all you get. While checking out demands ₹600 more on google pay as they gave me a wrong room. Reluctant to take the card his misbehaviour and don’t come back attitude is all I could see.
