The service was good, the rooms were tidy, the restaurant food was good and reasonable price.
The negtive points are:
There is no smoking area
There is pub on 5th floor which play loud noise at nights.

Rooms are decent but it's not a quiet room as the outside traffic noise infiltrates continuously be it day time or night time.
In night, after 10 pm, there is a pub in the ground floor which has a heavy sound and bass that makes it uneasy to sleep at night till 00:00 AM as its loud and the room is vibrating. I was told by the management that the pub was not their property.
The above things needs improvement so that the customers shall have a quiet and pleasant stay.

The rooms were good but restaurant was very weird. You will hardly see more that five staff members at any time. I had ordered some chicken starters whose quantity turned out to be VERY little. The chicken was also not cooked properly and tasted quite stale. I'd really think several times before visiting their restaurant again.

Pros
1. Cleanliness was okay, but could improve.
2. Some staff were very helpful and went above and beyond, especially the receptionists.
3. Added TV channels on demand.
4. Small gym on site.
5. Bus stop located in front of the hotel.
6. Good Wi-Fi connectivity.
Cons
1. Rooms were extremely small for the price.
2. The rooftop bar played loud music until 1-2 AM, which made it difficult to sleep.
3 Required full payment in advance, which I have never experienced at other hotels.
4. Experienced very unprofessional behaviour from a restaurant manager
5. Due to the heavy music from the restaurant you will get a free bed massager and also if you are more lucky the false ceiling will fall on top while sleeping ?
6. Rooms are not much sound and dust proof.. heavy traffic noise from outside will spoil your day.
7. Everyday the same breakfast menu, it should be improved
I will never opt for this hotel again on my next visit.

It is a great place to stay. All the staff at this hotel is very courteous seems they have motto of customer delight. Above all Mr. Rudra is there to ensure and look into that no stone is left unturned to delight the guest during the stay. The way he take care of our stay was very nice.
Turning out to be outstanding place in region.
