Stayed here for 1 year (they rent out apartments too). The electricity bills are charged at industrial rates due to land dispute. Even when we didnt stay there for 3 months (due to covid), the electricity bill was 6,000/- per month. We ended the agreement 2 months back and still waiting for the deposit. The coordinator is difficult to deal with. Stay away and save yourself the pain.

Good apartment place to stay. Very centrally located. The only problem is that the food is less than average. Breakfast is okie. Dinner is ala carte, but really indifferent cooking. But one can order using Dwight or Zomato. Rooms in apartments are decent . Toilets though are small and worn out.

Comfortable for stay with family. Big bed rooms, dining table and kitchen. Apartments also have refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, stove, gas and basic cooking equipments. Set top box and television in bed rooms and living room. Good non-vegetarian restaurant. Kids play area Swimming pool facility of Diamond District society is also available after registration in society.
