PROS 1) Located at the center of the City with economy rates, Flexible rules. 2) Complimentary breakfast was amazing. 3) Plenty of Eateries in & around CONS Can provide plain normal drinking water in room service to avoid plastic wastes. (I checked out with 6 empty plastic bottle)

Overall Good. They provide complimentary breakfast and dinner. The rates are also ok. For tourists looking to buy local products like silk sarees, the location is very good, very near to shopping hubs like chikpete. Satisfied with the staff also.

Very good hotel. All the staff are very polite and professional. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is also well kept. The food is amazing. The spice cove restaurant on the 7th floor has a great view of the race course and the pub on the ground floor has very good food.

We had annual meet up of our organization held this weekend at I V Sanctum. We were 60 people and additional 30 on Friday night for dinner. Everything was taken care of very smoothly. All arrangements were on time'(I m very stringent about time, and food etc were ready and available before time) The location of the hotel is central and v convenient being so close to Majestic Metro and railway station. Taxis, Buses are available right outside. The restaurant is on 7th floor with big glass windows so feels v good to sit and eat delicious food and even better if there is good Breeze. It's hygienic, clean space with good food and variety and they have good space outside both their banquets halls too for separate buffet layout if one wants along with easy access to clean washrooms just few steps away. The hotel staff were warn and nice and very accommodative of our requests. The rooms are nice and clean (we booked 20) , and v comfortable. Even last minute requirements they don't hesitate to take care of. There is parking available at basement so some of us locals had parked the car there itself. Overall we had an excellent stay and all went well on time due to a lot of effort from hotel staff side too.
