We had buffet dinner at the restaurant. We had a fabulous experience. The food was delicious. We were really impressed by the service. We would also specially like to mention Ms.Smiley who actively engaged my kid while we were having dinner. She took my daughter around and even sang songs to her. That was so sweet of her! We would certainly come back!!

Had an amazing stay here. Food is very delicious and staff is extremely courteous especially Ms Winona who always greeted us with a sweet smile whenever we met her. Overall a peaceful and wonderful stay

I've stayed at many great hotels, but none of them had ever kept safety pins, clips, rubber bands, and talcum powder as complimentary accessories. None. So, I'm highly impressed with the thoughtful of theirs. Great hotel.

Yesterday we had a Team Dinner at Hycinth - Trivandrum, arrangements were very good, staffs are courteous. Food was very delicious, had spread of variety dishes and rate was reasonable. We received excellent feedback from the team. Thanks to all staffs who made the team dinner a great success?
