The gym is well equipped with the latest equipments and the coach here is very much helpful and he will help you in accordance with the level u have acquired added they give you the diet plan according to your body . Gym opens as early as 6 am and thats quite good for early risers and i feel really rejuvenated getting admitted in to this gym . This is the most preffered gym by the university students . Yet to add for other state guys their is a bit communication problem while understanding sets and steps yet u can adjunct in english regarding the same issue .
