❌❌Never choose this place for CANDLE LIGHT DINNER❌❌.They promised that the candle light dinner will be private and no families allowed. but we were totally disappointed on our surprise plans due to misleading information from the hotel. The person who booked the reservation from the hotel was not at all professional, treating us poor. That guy needs to be replaced or teach him about hospitality and hotel business . Not even a sorry from him for what has happened.

Don’t order coffee and tea to your room , Reason : they take minimum 45 mins to bring it your room . IRCTC Indian Railway’s coffee and tea will be best on comparing to this hotel’s coffee. Even at the complementary breakfast. Tea was super watery . I never had such a worst tea ever

Very bad experienced, room service not good. AC not working. Wifi not working, when complaint was given the staff says to come outside the room and use wifi, outside it will be working. Staff doesn't know how to talk. No sofa or any sitting arrangement outside the room in the corridor, even than I came out with my laptop and stood out for more than 10min but still there was no internet working.

Isha was so very helpful and kind! Poovarasan brought us a special dish off the menu. That was an extra touch. All of the help was courteous and attentive. All of the food on the buffet was tasty and delicious. We love South Indian food and this was well spiced, cooked, and presented! Thank you, we will come again and bring our friends back to try.
