I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Service is pathetic, rooms are tiny despite of booking super deluxe room, there are bedbugs in the mattress, bathrooms were stinking, receptionist was not at all professional, rude and they simply don't care. For an instance, our bathroom lights were not working which we realised in the evening and upon informing, they said the electrician can only come after 10PM and the whole evening we managed in mobile torch - and electrician never showed up. Thankfully we had booked this horrible place just for a day else we all would have gone mad. The one and only advantage is the location as it is very near to trivandrum central and lots of decent restaurants are nearby. Looks cam be deceptive- please do not go by the pictures available on the internet.

?Don't Book the rooms here. "WORST" hotel of the city..Rooms are very small like cabins, not clean and bed bugs too for the company . Bath room water comes directly to your room. When you book through online at check in... these people ask for extra.....After long travel we usually says OK.....NO HOT WATER in the mornings.. Reception Staff are very "RUDE"... acting like.. I don't know..... it's like....the only hotel of the town ?

First Impressions of the Hotel:
The hotel looks very decent from the outside, and we initially felt that it was a great choice, but later on, we had huge regrets.
All the staff members were rude and unhelpful.
Now, moving on to the review:
When we arrived at the hotel, it was 11:30 AM, and our check-in time was 12:00 PM, just 30 minutes away. I asked the reception if we could have early access to our room as the ladies needed to use the restroom. However, they informed us that we would have to pay an additional Rs 600 for just 30 minutes, which seemed unreasonable considering the hotel's quality. After complaining to the hotel booking company, they provided good support, and we were able to check-in.
Once we entered the room, we noticed there was no drinking water available, and there was only one common water filter on the ground floor.
The room had only one single light, and there were no lights in the bathroom either. When we informed the hotel reception about this issue, they said they couldn't install a light immediately. After multiple complaints and requests, highlighting the safety concern of someone falling in the bathroom, they assured us that they would arrange a light for the next day.
The most frustrating aspect was the malfunctioning AC. It was only displaying "On" but didn't provide any cooling. Additionally, it would automatically change its temperature. After lodging a complaint, the hotel staff informed us that they couldn't do anything about it.
The walls had peeling paint (the POP of the wall was coming out).
There were no blankets or towels in the room. Even after numerous complaints to the hotel booking portal, the hotel only provided us with bedsheets instead of proper blankets. Furthermore, the blanket and room had a foul smell, and we also encountered rodents and insects since there was no pest control.
Can you imagine a three-star hotel without proper lighting, drinking water, bedsheets, towels, or a functioning AC despite paying for one?
In conclusion, I strongly recommend against booking hotels like this solely based on their location, as they are not worth the high cost. This review reflects the real and genuine experience we had, highlighting the harsh reality of this hotel.
