Accordingly room charges, cleanliness peaceful location 5⭐. Don't expect to much for room service, food service or otherwise. Surely economic stya at Shivaji Nagar location.

The location is superb, 4 KM from railway station and in the heart of city, Rooms are decent, You will mostly feel like home. I have deducted 1 star because they didn't allow me to extend my stay (needed for just 1.5 hrs) even when I was willing to pay, However the receptionist gave me a chair to sit in the premises.

Close connectivity to JM road, limited Car parking available, economical in price. No WiFi provided, rooms were decent with balcony and not too expect much out of it. Electrical plugs need to be change as they were broken and old. Water wasn't available in evening time.

Rooms are fine but housekeeping happens only alternate day. No cleaning. Stayed for 3 nights but got only 1 towel throughout. Bed is too springy, uncomfortable. White colour fan had turned black because of the dust. I asked for a plate and spoon over 2 days but didn't get it. Reception and housekeeping staff treat you like you're their neighbour or friend or mother, not like a valued customer. I mean, the 20-something housekeeping boys are talking to a customer as "Tu" just coz he's traveling alone! Shocking. Reception staff is untrained and impolite. Reception waali ladki toh gala phaad ke baat karti hai jaise apni Mummy pe bhadak rahi hai. Koi class nahi hai. I have given 2 stars only because the AC works well. The other side of the truth is it's a 900/night hotel. What else can one expect! ?

Experience here was very poor, rooms were decent but no room service and no laundry facilities as they mentions in their amenities. Hot water comes at only 8:00 AM till 9:00 AM, who even wakes up that late? We wanted hot water at 6 AM and owner denied to turn on the geyser directly. Apart from this there is no canteen facility available and they do not have proper management, since I had booked my room online and they weren't know and to confirm that they kept me almost half an hour waiting in lobby. After certain time they gave me one room which they told me ti change after an hour when I was having rest. They kept on ringing the doorbell till I get up and go in other room. What a pathetic way to deal with customers. Just hated the experience! No wonder why it is so cheap. But please do not get simply attracted to the price.
