I have stayed there with my family and had booked multiple rooms.The ac was not working in one of the rooms..even after multiple queries..they did not resolve.The staff were not understanding our instructions properly and calling us for same thing again and again even at 2 am late night.

Very bad service. They provided expired milk powder pouch for making tea. Food quality is also not good. Though staffs tried to arrange everything.

The hotel is located in the prime location at Cuttack which is easier to reach. The rooms are big enough with well behaved staff. Food is also good and it has bar as well. Just one thing to remember will booking, please don't visit the website given here, it's not the correct one as it gets redirected to some other another webpage. Don't pay any kind of booking amount to the number given in the website. I spoke with their management about this and they said it is due to some technical glitch and will be resolved. Always book the the rooms from Makemytrip, Goibibo or some other channel partner. Better to be safe than sorry. Kudos!! Happy traveling!!
