Very bad experience. Worst service I have ever met in any hotel . Don't know any manner and respect. They don't know how to deal with coustomer. Room are not upto the mark. There are more than 2 owner of this hotel who make monopoly over customer ( priority) . Believe my word you can get better hotel in this price at Puri but don't make a plan ever here?

Stayed there in Nov 2021, location is very good. Staff behaviour is good, Manager Mr Goutam Pand and other staffs are always ready to help you with smiling face. Food is tasty and fresh ( giant pomfret fish). Good budget hotel with great location.

I mainly booked the hotel after seeing the rating. But it was a disaster. I was allotted room no. 204 and 205. As the list of cons are way more than the benifits, I am putting the cons at first -Room is full of dirt and dust. Nobody is bothered to clean up even after repeated requests. -Spit of Pan and gutkha at corners of the room. -Curtains of doors and windows looked like older than me and never cleaned. - The switch boards does not have any earthing. Hence it is very dangerous for kids. Hotel will provide you solution like " Use the switch with plastic or wooden items". - Waste foods, Napkins, Plastic packets are scattered everywhere in common space. - Bathrooms are so dirty that you will have vomiting feeling. The person who use to clean the bathroom is himself so dirty that you feel not to allow him to enter the room. ~~ The property is "GoStays" property. But...Even after complaining on the same day of check in, Go IBIBO was not able to solve the issue till the checkout date.~~ Benifits??? Access to beach is very close. So if the only benifit is your foremost priority then book it at your own risk.

My shoes got stolen and the CCTV footage of that particular time period was only missing.. The manager did not apologized to us , instead argued and misbehaved with us.. PLEASE BE SAFE WITH YOUR BELONGINGS AND YOUR LIFES....
