The front desk office has to be fired by management of this hotel otherwise he will run this hotel like Daramshala. He is very very rude with loud voice and asked me to leave hotel during my stay.

Absolutely pathetic hotel. Never ever consider staying here. The staff is rude, arrogant and highly unprofessional. They shifted our rooms in which we were staying for 3 nights without our permission. They packed our bags, personal belongings without informing us. The management takes no responsibility in apologising or fixing the issue.

Hotel is very near to Citi Palace. Except this point, none of the things favour tourist / travellers. Very poor room service. due to some technical issue, hot water is not available fot couple of days.

Beautiful place we are staying with family, 3rd of September. Rooms are spacious and comfortable , delicious food and roof top restaurant is beautiful view of City Palace, and its beautiful infinity pool was beautiful view of Palace and cities. Will come back soon.
