Feels shame for providing even a one star there is not even a quality for providing a one star also,the worst hotel I have seen in my ever life. Families who are seeking for rooms in seven hills just read the overall reviews .The worst hotel in trivandrum

At this cost the rooms facilities are gud ok..
But parking area is very less and no hotels & coffee shop they said they are on construction now. (But they mentioned that all the facilities are available)
Room service is very very poor..not providing the essential things after I asked they are hesitated and refusing.

Location is good. But rooms are okay.. managable. but service is not that great. you have to ask for everything. for cleaning, even turning the lobby lights..breakfast is worst. they don't have restaurant.

Nope , Manager Jittesh is disgusting, no manners, this guy cannot speak English , Hindi, Tamil , Telugu. He behaves like rude landlord , even he is not!
I wonder how was he hired as manager with no hospitality behaviour.
AC was not working properly ( just imagine we stayed in summer time ) complained many times all they had was a sly laugh. Worst is you won't find Fans in rooms , they say it's new concept ( i stayed in 5 star hotel s Sheraton, blue Radisson etc , they have fans ).
House keeping- they won't clean room daily unless you ask them
Wash rooms they won't do it regularly,
Tea or coffee- don't order you get boiled water .
Shower taps won't run Full with flow., we had seen dirty black water flowing from tap.
Hotel is new built , the owner should train his staff and must fire manager as he is hurting hotel business with attitude which is not acceptable , bcz we are paying MONEY! we expect decency and courtsey - Kumar , Advocate High courts AP.
Location is good near to station n temple.
