At the time of check in,the ac was not working in the alloted room but Mr Amit, front desk officer was prompt to help by alloting another room immediately.The room is excellent with city view.The staff is well behaved and the food is awesome.Surely will stay again next time soon.

Rooms were quite good. Had basic amenities - AC, TV, electric kettle, mini refrigerator, wardrobe etc. But their service was poor. We stayed for 6 days. During our entire stay they came for cleaning the room only twice, that also after repeatedly asking for it. Although the staff were amicable people so we adjusted. The location is an issue. There is a pub next to the hotel. They play loud music till late at night which makes it very difficult to sleep.

Worst experience of my life. The rooms were not as attractive as they look in the photos. Actually they were worst. The taps were rusted. The tiles were broken and the curtains in the rooms were a wet and the rooms atmosphere inside the rooms was humid. And because of this the rooms smelled very bad. Had to checkout with my family within 30 minutes of check-in and on top of it, the staff wasn't supportive while checking out as we were ready to pay the amount according to the formalities. Where as the hotel Barsana next to it was amazing and had a great experience staying there.

I had a very bad experience, i reached late and they first checked us into the first room. We returned back to the helpdesk stating that it was not clean, then we went to the second room and the state of the room was the same. They showed us 3 more rooms and we ended up staying in one which had a clean bed but the washroom and floor was not clean. I had booked the room for 3 nights but did not dare to go back after the first night, they did try to offer us the executive room but I just had lost my trust in the hotel by then.
