Hotel should maintain some cleaning in my room there's a rat ?. I asked for water bottle they gave me RO water. I asked them to help me with the address so I can order my food online but there were not talking properly I asked for plates so they said they will provide plates if we order food from there hotel. Only one worker was nice.
