We booked this for a birthday party. The hotel is good but the service is pathetic. They were least bothered to provide necessary things. Even to get a knife it was so difficult. They played the music after all the party was over. There was no one dedicated to the hall to look into all these small things. The food was not at all good for the price we paid. They also cheated on the quantity of food. Almost 40 people did not turn up but when they gave the remaining food it did not serve 10 people. This was a very bad service from their end. We had paid for it but they were least bothered to give us. Please think before booking this.

This is my third or fourth time stay at the hotel. It is always pleasant experience, but this time it was bit disappointing.? In the bath, no toiletries except soap, the water flow in wash basin was very slow, the shower handle was too tight to move and bath towels were not looking fresh, looking dirty. I stayed two nights, but they didn't replenish the complimentary water bottles. As such I didn't use TV but some friends staying in other rooms were complaining about not working of Dish TV in their rooms. I was to reach to hotel around 10.30pm and i was told that the food will be served till 11.00 pm. On reaching the hotel, the receptionist told me that the kitchen is closed. I showed him the message, but he said they are closed. Next morning, for the morning breakfast we placed dosa - tea order, they couldn't serve it till almost after 20 minutes after the order and again and again we had to ask for it. The food quality was excellent.

Old Property with average maintenance. Location is very good and has access to kany places. Staff are polite and cooperative. Inhouse Restaurant is available. Parking is available at site. Family and friends friendly property.

The worst service. Took the order and waited for half an hour and then the waiter comes and says there no idli Vada dosa sambar chutney nothing (this was at ~10am) There was function in the upper floors and the was no food for those ppl too! Pity the ppl hosting the function.. The worst experience.. When requested to call the management, the staff were helpless as the management was not answering the calls of the helpless staff... Worst management experience.. Kind suggestion to persons looking to book a hall here for family functions or coming for breakfast - don't!!
