I liked the ambiance and it's in center of the city, very convenient to travel. Everything is nearby. Good housekeeping and receptionist is good. Although there was language barrier but it didn't feel like that. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

Hotel service is very poor, & most important the receptionist ( Lady) in day shift is very rude.She doesn't have knowledge about how to treat a guest or a customer. Provide wrong information to the guest, even if u ask for a water, She replied " Boy is not there, you have to wait for sometime".
Very pathetic service, even there room having smell of moisture.

All good. Staff behaviour is excellent. Building is old but in a secured place. Better to take Uber or Ola as the auto guys charge randomly. Loved the ladies as they were very helpful and kind

The staff was cooperative and well mannered. Though, the cons will overtake everything. Starting from Dirty bedsheets, washroom, hair strands all over the rooms and along with cigarette ashes. AC doesn’t work, even you’ll have a hard time using the lift. There’s a constant pungent smell as well. Location is good so try finding other places.

DO NOT VISIT IF YOU ARE WITH FAMILY. Their motto is "Atithi ko Looto", when visited the hotel and asked to see the room the manager said you cannot check the room for online booking before booking the room, but you can see the room if you are booking it offline directly. I had specifically asked about check-in time since i had reached the hotel at 8 am and was informed that i could book the room online and check in right away.
But when i booked the room on goibibo, immediately he said you can check-in at 12 pm only otherwise pay 400 extra to check-in now, so i had to pay 400 extra. the manager was rude as hell. even though he could speak hindi with other people he was pretending, he did not understand my hindi and english as well and was very unclear of what he was trying to say.
Additionally, there were lots of cockroaches and bed bugs in the bedroom.
the housekeeping staff was polite in their service.
