Nice place to hangout and the rooms are spacious and comfortable the front office staff are so courteous and caring. I would refer my family and friends to stay there and enjoy the delicious and mouth watering food.

A great place to stay while enjoying your Vizag trip. Excellent rooms, helpful staff, delicious food. At the restaurant ask for Nawaz if you need wonderful food experience. He will help you to the best food also fulfils any custom requirements. Hotel is just 1.2 Km from the Beach. Rooms are well maintained, air conditioning is good, toileteries are stacked, mini fridge, snacks bar, DIY tea n coffee. A great ?? to this place.

I had a very bad experience with the hotel as I am regular customer and stays in the hotel atleast 04 days in a month where as when I booked my trip , Due to un avoidable circumstances when I approached for a cancellation through make my trip hotel has simply denied for the same and also informed that if I cancell my booking I won't get single penny as refund, If this is the way of handling regular customers customer always opts for better option too. It seems management does not have value of regular customers . And this made me to think twice before booking my next trip. Just responding on this comment as sorry may not service customer satisfaction. I want to tell the hotel respect your customer from bottom of your heart not from mouth. This need to reflect in service not through a simple word sorry !!!

The worst experience in the recent years. First- The Room which was alloted AC was not working. It's took me 3 hours to change. Second- It's centralised AC so some other room people were smoking and our whole room was smelling too through out the night. We were passive smokers for the night. Third- Wash basin sink was leaking and whole washroom was wet all the time. Went in with a great expectations as its rated good and a 3 star hotel too.. But completely disappointed. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
