I was put up in this hotel by Air India due to a flight cancellation and it was the worst experience ever with the staff. They asked me to sign the food bill twice with different amounts even though i had only one meal and when I refused to sign twice, instead of properly explaining the reason, the male manager at the reception was very rude and commented that maybe coz I have never stayed at a hotel before, I am unaware of how it works. The rooms had very odd stuffy and murky smell and it was super noisy throughout the night as it's on the mainroad.

Overall one star due to price of room versus quality and magnitude of it. I specifically requested few things and commitment was to made it available however on arrival found no commitment kept. Also the food and drinks are extremely overpriced. Despite of quality of food reasonable price needed since they are charging for five star room and providing two star rooms, at least food and drinks prices should be considered. This extremism is reflected in population of customer too, people are thinking of O2 and then experiencing such services and arrangements will definitely be never further recommended to anyone.

Lovely place to stay. Staff is very accommodating. It is on the main road which leads to Airport. Almost 10 km to Dakshineswar Kali temple.
