First of all this is not hotel, this is serviced apartment. They booked it with breakfast but even they were not able to serve tea at least. Water geyser installed of 1 - 2 litter capacity only. You can just wash your face only with hot water. Bath with hot water is not possible there. No food,,,no breakfast.

I chose 1 star because google does not provide a 0 ranking or negative star ratings for those who serve the customers soo poorly by charging a highest rates.. 20th march 2022 i checked-in and today's date is 21st march, i am staying at this property and experience a very bad and utterly poor experience. I am still not served with breakfast or even beverage like coffe or tea, and they charge prices for breakfast too and i had to order food from swiggy. I had a nightmare styaing here, i shall share videos and photos that justify my reviews. They are taking money before one could see the property and once after visiting the property if the customers do not like they are not willing to pay their money back. As they did not give my money i couldnt go to a better place and i had to stay here forcefully.
No rooms are clean i do not know if they really clean the rooms once after their guests check-out before bringing a new booking. Atleast if they paid my money bcak before check-in would have opted for a different best stay at this price. Guys especially who are traveling to Lucknow and looking for a better stay please never book this property. Instead you have a better option, hyatt regency just opposite to this property gives a premium with about 1k extra but they provide a peaceful stay. Or you have other options as jw Marriott, hotel D'corbis, ANR hotel though it doesn't fancy as per the looks atleast they provide a good decent stay with good services. And my high preference will be to book from agoda as they provide good stays with decent pricings and more offers and coupons are available. You can redeem them and Make your stay exotic and budget friendly too. Just a small insights from my end!

very poor staff, very poor service. Govt guest houses are way better than this. Country Inn should immidiately get disassociate themselves from this comedy house. Its like a govt hospital than a hospitality venue.. thats the reason they want money upfront because no one will pay them 2600 plus taxes for such a pathetic experience.. Inshort humara kat gaya aap apna na katwayein..

This is not hotel...purely resident flats being used to sell as hotel room.....no office,....one room is serving all purpose of kitchen, office, laundry, .....managing person is Purely unprofessional.....just delist this hotel. Save others from getting cheated.
