Came to hotel after 4 hr car rides. There was no receptionist at the counter but there were 4 Indian worker who were all eating together. When asked about room availability and how long we had to wait, the staff were rude in replying. I understand they were eating, they could’ve nicely asked us to wait for 30 mins or so.. we then proceeded to wait and drink tea or coffee but then again were very rude in communicating it with us. We called the receptionist Tibetan lady, who were also rude in communicating with us. They all need a training in customer service. We will never come back.

We stayed here. The service was great. The wi-fi was not strong or steady enough for me to get work done. The attached kitchen had some good food.

Lovely hotel run by Lamas. Room faced the statue and inspired me to stay for a few more days than planned. Was a blessing to be there, would recommend this to all visiting Tso Pema.

The upper floor rooms are very spacious and with great view. Staff is very nice. Relatively clean, could use a small renovation :)
