The check-in and check-out was seamless. We booked via happyeasygo. The staff was very polite and super helpful. The rooms were well sanitized and clean. The parking space is ample. They are were helpful with the luggage and assistance. The overall ambience of the hotel was great. Lastly, the food was really good and reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

For once photos on the app matches the actual photos. It is an actual 4 star hotel. I actually stayed in other hotels because I had to overstay in Lucknow due to unforeseen circumstances. Other hotels with the same star rating did not match up to this hotel's level

Good place for staying. I just love that 3rd floor rooms. Must add breakfast in your booking, good in taste and there are varities available in breakfast. Room service, house keeping everything is good. Little bit disappointed with the 1st floor rooms. There is some brightness issue, dull lighting. Rest all are perfect.

Awesome Interior, Best Clean rooms, deliciously food, and best services of all the hotels I've been to in Lucknow. Even the location is amazing. Everything is so perfect, next time I'm in Lucknow, I don't think I have to go for another hotel.
