Very clean, neat and tidy rooms. Great Hospitality. The hotel is located in an upscale area and close proximity to landmark places, shopping and restaurants. Value for money stay.

Nice place, love their breakfast and "Complimentary FOOT MASSAGE" by a blind guy backed by the live flute music from another blind guy at the roof top. This is purely only for in-house guests. Also the staff including SO is speaking Good English and very helpful.

We stayed here for 6 nights. The stay was absolutely amazing. The staff & service was spot on. We had a lovely balcony in the room as well. There were complimentary yoga sessions & foot massages in the morning. The breakfast buffet was fresh & made right in front of you. There was also a flute player every morning. Will definitely come back here to stay when visiting Mumbai again.
