the treatment at the hotel was very poor and as soon as anyone complaint they go one their family saying thats how they taught the manner and what not never book a room in this hotel my experience was very bad i booked a hotel online and was told that if u dont stay quiet u will not get refunds as its is our power. very ill treatment even the rooms i saw as courtesy they were not maintained properly. food was a waste too

Worst reception given from Miss Nirmala hope no one ever get a chance to talk to her. Dont know from where she got her training or may be a road side girl just came and became a receptionist of this Grand Hotel KC Manohar. Highly not recommended to visit this hotel with such a bad or i should say the worst customer service i have ever see.
I hope no one in my touch ever step into that hotel Again.

One of the worst experience.I have been staying for 5 days and suddenly got call from hotel and I have been asked for chk out as they can't allow to stay further as per hotel they had taken booking.
I will definitely not recommend my organisation for corporate booking...

A decent hotel cum restaurant. First thing you notice asa you enter the premises is the cramped elevator, could have been a bit spacious and fast, thr lift is boringly slow. The restaurant is decent. The service is good but slow. They should employ more people. The quality of food is good enough especially the veg section.
