Worst experience ever at hotels. They get their fake ratings by tricking people. Firstly, they have extremely poor basement rooms which is not mentioned online, secondly when asked for upgradation, they asked for double charges, and after few negotiations, they upgraded to a 'better' ac room which was completely 'A broken piece' after reducing INR 300 from the total amount for which they asked for 5 star rating literally! The room was smelly, lock was not working, water flow was even disrupted. Apart from all these, the staffs are immensly unprofessional. No manners to talk, act or behave. In the last day, they even came at night just to get a 5 star rating for reducing 500 rupees! They asked to rate in front of them because they themselves know how filthy their services are.

Valuable and what the room available and Ambience is very good as per the tariff late night I ask for dinner and all the facilities they provided me at 10:50 p.m. good staff
