Msg to all viewers who books this hotel: Mr John in front office and one more person in reception and hotel owner cum MD Mr Nithyanandham All together - 1st thing they will spoil our morning mood quickly, they will make us upset easily. Worst ever hotel I checked in in my life time especially in coimbatore. Misbehavior of staff john and wrong information about tariff. Extra charges without information. They talk about corporate rules, 1guy in reception will continuously tell corporate rules corporate rules at the time of billing. These people will treat us like beggers instead of customers. Only advantage is, this hotel located nearby Airport, so many people could get check-in and get upset soon. SO SAD.....

Despite my request for a non-smoking room, the room smelled strongly of smoke. The restrooms were filthy and unsanitary! This is a location I would only recommend as a last resort. I'm not sure how they got such excellent grades. The personnel, particularly the MD, were rude and arrogant, yet they were to fault for the filthy conditions in the rooms. I even strolled into a room full of filthy old mattresses piled up to the ceiling!I wish I could share the photographs and videos I took; I couldn't even sleep there. I called the front desk and informed them that Mr. John (Jr Kamal Hassan) would be performing activities that were above and beyond those of professional performers. I hung up and promised never to call again!!Worst customer service I've ever encountered. DO NOT waste your money .Stay there with of falsehoods if you wish to enjoy the roster of worst day.

Received by the front office staff politely, room was oofered immediately and that too without asking for advance payment attached hotel is vey good with tasteful food items.whenever I go to CBE my choice is this hotel only since 4 years
