After staying three nights, yesterday I and my husband Subhasish Bal checked out the hotel with a urge to stay again.
All the amenities is available.
All the staffs are with smiling face and also ready to serve you.
All the staffs are very happy with their employers.
Sea beach is a minute away.
Entire hotel and all the rooms are very clean and properly maintained.
I have gathered a very happy experience.

Again we were in JBS CHARIOT from 15/06/2023 to 18/06/2023. Experience same as before. Again we like to be in JBS. All the members of JBS CHARIOT are maintaining properly the quality in every respect. We wish all the best for JBS CHARIOT. ??

Near sea beach location is the best point of the hotel. A good one with all proper facilities. The food served was delicious. If u talk about the price per room is affordable, not expensive. Nice hotel ?

The Service was pathetic, worst.
STAFFS: The newly staffs were not trained, lack of communication skills. All were confused about their Job. Unable to decide.
Not providing water. After asking for extra food even with price making the face that they are giving us in free. Actually all were behaving like they all are Govt. staffs. Even all other Guest were unsatisfied for the same reason.

Little far from sargadwar and that's the best part of the hotel. We enjoyed our sea bath without any bad crowds. Rooms are too good. We stayed at AC deluxe room with a very big balcony(best part) .The in-house restaurant provides tasty food at reasonable rates

The hotel was very good. The rooms were very spacious and very comfortable ( the AC deluxe room). Rooms were very clean with all amenities. The bathrooms are quiet big. The staff cleaned the room every day. Location wise it is behind the light house in a quiet setting far from the very crowded Swargadar area. The beach is about 2 mins walking. Though it did not have direct sea views but there are partial sea views from few rooms. The beach was clean and less crowded.
The food at the restaurant was awesome. Pure bengali home made cuisine. Very delicious. We ordered from beforehand what we want to eat ( parshe, pomfret etc).
The staff were very accommodating and always had a smiling face.
We had a very pleasant and happy experience.

We will love to come back again.
