After seeing e-mail from hotel highway greens, I was excited to check out their food. Once entered the hotel we were welcomed by the service staff and greeted by G.M. Mr. Chauhan. The staff was very prompt to take our order and served us the delicious Starters on time.

Hello Respected G M Sir I am visiting Highway Greens regularly since 2017 with all good amenities. I have never face any issue in any service which are provided in hotel but your latest receptionist Mr.Gurdeep always irritates me on every visit. You may check entries I referred HHG to many of my friends and they also travelled with my reference but Gurdeep Sir also spoil their visit. Because Gurdeep treats like as he is the owner of this property and he will do anything he wants in his way. So please give him some manners so other visitors can't face any issue. Regards

No any doubt, the hotel's room, service, food and staff all things are better. But the guy who is receptionist Mr. Gurdeep is very rude person and he has his different level of attitude and he don't know to deal with customer. He also harras customer at the time of check in with useless speech and doesn't co-operate with guests. So I request the management to trained him with good moral and ethical values.

The only promising thing was the restaurant which served delicious food every time I ordered. Room service was not up to the mark. It has a good parking space.

As i talked to GM Mr Chauhan Sir and discussed my concern and they assured that they will solve it as soon as possible. They are polite in nature. He understands my concern. All in all food quality is good. just go for it. Wish You Luck the for your future have a great time and enjoy your parties over here.
