Takes too much time to attend customers, If you want to wait half an hour for a cup of tea, you can try. But truly unprofessional service :(

I had a bad experience with this hotel. Staff behavior is very bad. They don't have any respect for customer. Cutlery(spoons and forks) were so unhygienic, they didn't even washed it properly. The food was there on spoon as it is. I've posted photos of it.I showed that to captain he shamelessly cleaned with his finger and gave it to me and said now it is clean you can use it now. That guy who takes order ignored us for 15 minutes then I called him and gave order. He didn't even gave us seperate dishes, we ate manchurian in one plate. Service is very bad. After around 45 minutes I got dal khichdi. And I also order manchurian. I've never eaten that bad Manchurian in my life. Don't ever go this hotel for fast food. Dal khichdi was good though. They didn't even have water at the sink. Don't go with family. Bad Service, Bad taste, Bad staff.

The only place in Latur to have a great food, quality food and hygienic. The only place I personally visit Everytime for food when I am in Latur. Try Basundi after the food. I promise you will visit again. Recommended

This restaurant is situated near to Rajiv Gandhi Chowk. A good place to dine with your family. The speciality of the restaurant is 'Gandharva Special Sabji', which is having it's Unique Taste. "The *Basundi* available here is of Excellent Quality". Neat and cleanliness strictly maintained. Hygienic place. Card payment facility also available. Customer service is also good one.
