Location is proper mg murg, i have visited here first time 2022 then 2023 april the same hotel, my experience is first room was beter all were working but now i face several issues like tv not working, telephone receiver not working, charging station not working, wifi not working but during my first visit all were good. Service is good not the best they came every time when i ask anything for room service.

Really bad hotel. No maintenance of rooms. Bad hospitality. The location is the only thing good about this hotel. Except that, nothing else was worth the price. The service staff doesn't provide any service of any kind unless specifically told to do so. There is no water in the bathroom most of the times. Considering the price and location of the hotel, it was unexpected that we would experience long power cut sessions, sometimes even for the whole night. 2 litre water bottles had MRP 40 but 55 was demanded and when asked for the bill, it wasn't provided. The tv wasn't working when we arrived and even after informing the staff about that, the matter wasn't looked into. The room wasn't cleaned and the garbage wasn't thrown out for a single time in 3 days.

Very worst experience. Very poor service. Rooms are over priced which is not at all worth. They said food will be provided but always 1 or 2 items only they said it is available. Room heater isn't working and no power too. Even bed was not comfortable to sleep. Bathrooms were really bad. This hotel is situated at MG marg where no vehicles are allowed to park. We were rushed to take our luggages each time. Overall overpriced place for nothing.

We changed our rooms so many times in this hotel bcz of door lock problem, smaller room, cupboard absence, geaser problem. Moreover when finally we got one room which was good then they used to switch off the light and geaser at night from outside..and also they were having WATER SCARCITY. I was there for 3 Days. And water Scarcity was there each day and there was no water in TOILETS and GEASER. And hotel staff replied that water will come soon but no water during my stay. Their Restaurant timing is worst. If you wanna order some good stuff or tea coffee.. you have to follow their limited time period.... NEVERTHELESS BAD EXPERIENCE............
